Consultation on Information Required with Planning Applications Document (Local List) 2018

In line with Article 11(3) of the DMPO15 we are required to publish (or republish) a list of local requirements every two years, and in light of this an interim review of our current list has been carried out and amended

The consultation period will run for 6 weeks.  Please return your response by 4.30pm on Friday 1st June 2018.

It is a requirement under The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 ("DMPO15") for a Development Management Section to have an up to date list of local validation requirements to ensure that all applications dealt with by the Local Planning Authority are accompanied by an adequate level of information.
