5 STRATEGIC ECONOMIC REVIEW
The report notes continued progress and activity in delivering the Mendip Economic Development Strategy (EDS) 2017-2020 and against the Corporate priority for inclusive growth.
6 CORPORATE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT REPORT QUARTER 3
This report provides a summary of performance against the high level actions and projects that support the delivery of the 2017-2020 Shape the District Corporate Strategy, as at Q3 2018/19.
7 QUARTER 3 BUDGET MONITOR
The report summarises the forecast outturn position of the Council's Medium Term Resource Strategy for the 2018/19 financial year, based on Quarter 3 projections.
8 2019/20 TO 2023/24 CAPITAL STRATEGY AND DETAILED 2019/20 CAPITAL PROGRAMME
The purpose of this report is to introduce the new Capital Strategy and make recommendations on the level of the Council's Capital Budgets and the associated funding requirements spanning 2019/20 to 2023/24.
9 2019/20 TREASURY MANAGEMENT STRATEGY STATEMENT AND ANNUAL INVESTMENT STRATEGY
Approval is sought for the Treasury Management Strategy for the forthcoming financial year 2019/20.
10 2019/20 to 2023/24 MEDIUM TERM RESOURCE STRATEGY AND 2019/20 DETAILED REVENUE BUDGET
The purpose of this report is to make recommendations on the level of the Council's Revenue Budgets, the Band D Council Tax and Special Expenses Rate for 2019/20.
11 SOMERSET HOUSING STRATEGY - ADOPTION AND DELIVERY
This report introduces the Somerset's Housing Strategy 2018-2023 and recommends that the strategy is adopted by Cabinet.
12 SECTION 106 MONITORING BOARD UPDATE
Following the meeting of the Section 106 Monitoring Board on 29th January this paper seeks to update Cabinet on revisions to the terms of reference for the monitoring board and to agree to the wider regeneration project within Shepton Mallet using S106 funds earmarked for regeneration in Shepton Mallet.
13 OUTSIDE BODY ARRANGEMENT
Cabinet will be given an opportunity to review a number of the arrangements for Member representations on strategic partnerships and outside bodies. This month Cabinet will be asked to review the following:
· Somerset Strategic Housing Group - Councillor Nigel Woollcombe-Adams
· Migrant Forum - Councillors Philip Ham, Peter Bradshaw and Adam Sen
· Joint Waste Scrutiny - Councillors Nick Cottle and Peter Bradshaw
