4Ensure the area chosen is accessible for attending the filming - check the accessibility checklist and return if completedSend to  Events@mendip.gov.uk

6Complete your risk assessmentSend to  Events@mendip.gov.uk
7Provide your public liability insurance for £5milionSend to  Events@mendip.gov.uk
8Provide a plan of the area with locations of stalls, set up etc notedSend to  Events@mendip.gov.uk
9Applications are sent to the Police, Fire, Town / City and Parish Councils, Mendip District Council contractor 'Idverde', Licensing, Environmental Health,
Neighbourhood Services officers

10If the event requires further explanation the organiser will be asked to attend the Safety Advisory GroupEvent Safety for Event Organisers
11An invoice will be raised based against the fees listings
The price will be determined after applications have been received and emailed to the organiser for advise
