4Ensure the area chosen is accessible for attending the filming - check the accessibility checklist and return if completedSend to  Events@mendip.gov.uk

6Complete the Film makers code of practiceIcon for pdf Film makers code of practice [310.06KB]
7Complete your risk assessmentSend to  Events@mendip.gov.uk
8Provide your public liability insurance for £5milionSend to  Events@mendip.gov.uk
9Provide any other relevant documentation such as plans and road locationsSend to  Events@mendip.gov.uk
10Applications are sent to the Police, Fire, Town / City and Parish Councils, Licensing, Environmental Health, Neighbourhood Services officersN/A
11If the film requires further explanation the organiser will be asked to attend the Safety Advisory Group or meeting with the relevant Town / City / Parish CouncilEvent Safety for Event Organisers
12An invoice will be raised based against the fees listings
The price will be determined after applications have been received and emailed to the organiser for advise
