6 NORTON ST PHILIP NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN
The District Council must now decide what action to take in response to each of the recommendations of the Examiner and determine whether or not the Plan should proceed to referendum. It must also determine the extent of the Referendum Area.
7 SHAPE MENDIP LOTTERY
This report explains the background to how the Mendip Shape Lottery was set-up, how it works and its current position.

12 EXPORT CERTIFICATE SERVICE
In preparation for the possibility of leaving the European Union ("EU") on the 31 October, Community Health Services is reviewing the current fees and charges structure relating to exports and health certification in order to help support our businesses, for the anticipated need to provide export certificates for goods.
13 SHEPTON MALLET SUNDAY MARKET
This paper outlines options for consideration to address the decline of the Shepton Mallet Sunday Market. If Cabinet wish to discuss Appendix 1, the Press and public need to be excluded as the information contained in the Appendix is exempt by virtue of paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12a to the Local Government Act 1972, namely information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including those of the Council) This paper appears on page XX of the printed copies which have been sent to Councillors.
