6          INTRODUCTION TO THE ROLE OF STANDARDS COMMITTEE
There will be a verbal update on the role of Standards Committee.

7        REVIEW OF THE CONSTITUTION
A report will be presented to advise Standards Committee of the review of the Council's
Constitution and to seek their input.

8          UPDATE ON DECLARATION OF INTERESTS
A verbal update will be given setting out the current situation and number of non-returns
from District and Parish Councillors.

9         GIFTS AND HOSPITALITY REGISTER
A report to advise the Committee of details of all entries in the Council's Gifts and
Hospitality Register in respect of the acceptance of gifts/hospitality made to Members and Officers of the Council during the period 1 June 2018 to 30 June 2019.

10        EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
The Standards Committee is asked to consider whether a resolution should be passed to exclude the press and public from the meeting during item 11 on the grounds that exempt information (as defined in  Schedule 12A Local Government Act 1972) of the following description is likely to be disclosed:

Category 1 information relating to any individual
Category 2 information which is likely to reveal the identity of an individual

11        REGISTER OF COMPLAINTS RECEIVED
There will be a register of confidential complaints received by the Monitoring Officer from February 2019 to June 2019.

CIRCULATION OF PAPERS
In accordance with Section 100B(2) of the Local Government Act 1972, reports and documents relating to item 11 disclosing exempt or confidential information have been distributed only to Members of the Standards Committee, elected Members and officers of the Council.
