Neighbourhood Area Designated

On 11th August 2014 Mendip District Council's Cabinet approved the designation of the Croscombe Neighbourhood Area in accordance with Neighbourhood Planning (general) Regulations 2012.

This was following public consultation which took place on the application for neighbourhood area between Tuesday 27th May to Tuesday 8th July 2014.

The application for the neighbourhood area designation, included a copy of the application letter and a statement that explained the Councils requirement to meet the conditions of:

Section 61G(2) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by the Localism Act 2011.

Maps showing the designated area as well as a district-wide map showing those areas that have been designated can be downloaded below.
