Change4Life can help children and families get healthy, with tips on healthy eating, games and activities.
The Family Counselling Trust offers a grant-supported service for children, adolescents and families where there are emotional, behavioural or other mental health problems. We see children, adolescents and families where there are children up to their 18th birthday.
Look Out For Your Mates is about giving people information so that they are able to make safer choices when drinking alcohol. It is aimed at people aged 16-24 who live in Somerset.
If you, or a young person close to you has a concern or problem with alcohol or drugs, there are a range of services in Somerset to offer support and help.
